She is the mother of Fred Jones and the one who helped build Jones Gentlemen Accessories into the juggernaut it’s known as. She was voiced by Cherry Jones.

Personality[]

Victoria is a haughty, selfish person. She has no qualms about murdering young girls or even her own son to find a way for her legacy to survive. She is also pragmatic; although she admires Velma's intelligence, she sees dating her a social suicide, and orders her son Fred to go to as Fog King with Daphne.

Ultimately, she's awful enough that, when her business as a ghost ends, she's dragged off to hell.

Appearance[]

Victoria Jones has the appearance of a tall, slender, fair-skinned, middle-aged woman. She has bright blonde hair in a short pixie cut and she has always worn big spherical earrings. She dons a short, white vest and long white bell bottoms. She often wears a tight, black, necklace with a giant, blue circle jewel in the middle.

In her killer disguise, she wears a green shirt with a stained lab coat over it. She wears dark jeans and dirty black boots. Her most notable feature though is a welders mask that obscures her face.

Biography[]

The daughter of the general in charge of Project SCOOBI, she was abandoned after her father failed to reproduce Edna Perdue's results. She then married Fred's father, a wealthy man, in order to ensure her career and establish a corporate empire. However, her son Fred proved to be too absent minded and stupid to fill in her shoes, so she used Edna's research to kidnap girls and strip them of their brains, intending to put one of theirs into Fred's body, effectively killing him and replacing him with a girl boss. To help her she kidnapped Diya Dinkley to do the manual labour for her (effectively enslaving her) and hypnotised her so if these plans were discovered her slave would say that she "wanted to put a popular girl's brain in Velma's body".

Eventually, Daphne and Velma spoil her schemes and Norville accidentally kills her with a bullet that crashed a stalactite unto her. In season 2, she haunts Norville as a result; this is initially thought to be hallucinations on his part (similar to Velma's), but it turns out that she had in fact become a ghost. When this is discovered her unfinished business is done with, and she's dragged to hell.
