Extremely happy with mypurchase ofa matching love seat and sofa. Super comfy and couldn't beat the price. I've purchased several items from them and will continue toshop there for household products! Highly recommend shopping here! Staff isamazing!

UPDATE: Don't fall for their responses saying they want toaddress problems. Iemailed them twice asthey requested below, but they never wrote back.
----------------------------------------------------------------------I bought aTV console and recliner atthe same time. The recliner was afloor model but they told methey were ordering anew console. Icalled the next week and they said itwas ready for pickup. When they were loadingit, Inoticed itwas extremely dirty and had afew scratc
hes. They told methe scratches were the “aged” texture ofthe wood and the dirt was from the truck itwas deliveredon, which was strange since they told methey had just put the new console together.After wegot ithome, weconfirmed itwas the floor model. They know Ibought the recliner off the floor, sowhy lie tome about the console being new when itclearly wasn’t. Ifthey will lie about that, what else will they lie about?

She isawesome, very helpful and explains everything soprecisely.

We have been dealing with this store since last June about arecliner that wepaid for awarranty onthat needs tobe fixed. Everytime wecall and ask tospeak tothe manager heisn't there, the person takes amessage, but wenever get aphone call back! The few times Ihave called and actually spoken toan assistant manager, and they would tell melet mefind out whats goingon, Iwill call you back bythe end oftheday, and never heard back from them. Always putting the blame for mychair notgetting fixed onthe third party company that issupposed tocomeout, and fix the chair. The first time the third party company cameout, and looked atthe chair, and herecommended areplacement chair, hesaid hewould try toput anew mechanism onit, but didn't think that would fixit. Hefinally came back out several months later, only tofind out that farmers furniture had ordered the wrong mechanism. Hewrote into the store letting them know, and told them again replacement was recommended. Iunderstand business get busy, and sometimes forget, but this isunacceptable! Ijust hope they donot treat all oftheir customers thisway! Very unprofessional!… – show

Very friendly service. Prices are very fair. Ifthey don't have itthey will dotheir best togetit. The quality ofthe items are what you payfor. Don't just look atthe floor talk toa staff person they will helpyou.

Fast, friendly delivery offurniture. Store included four cushions for couch. The cushions were unexpected but welcome. Iam happy with the experience and recommend this store toprospective furniture buyers.

I have spend over $3,000inthe past couple ofmonths atthis store. Irecently had achair delivered tomy home while Iwas gone (my sister took delivery). I've purchased many things over the years from this company (both from Schewels and Farmers) and when the delivery guys were asked totake two minutes tocarry the piece Iwas replacing with THEIR product tothe road (literally 20yards) she was given attitude. When Icalled and spoke tothe manager, she gave meattitude because “We're not amoving company!”. Iwasn't asking that they cart the old piece away, just tothe curb. Itwould take less than two minutes and we're older women who cannot lug around onfurniture. Idon't think this was too much toask. They have lost mybusiness. They've also lost mysister, mother and mydaughter ascustomerstoo.… – show
