Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will support the Programme Planning Manager and Programme Planners for TLC channels across EMEA. As part of the TLC Channel Programme Planning Team, the role of Programme Planning Coordinator is to take responsibility for the accurate inputting of schedules and day-to-day administration of four TLC channels which broadcast across EMEA. The successful candidate must be keen to develop their editorial and strategic thinking to help assist the creation of creative, yet data-driven programme schedules to maximize audience ratings. Although a background in broadcast *** is advantageous, this is not required as full training will be provided.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Accurately input schedules into IBMS (scheduling software) and communicate schedule amendments as required by the Programme Planning Manager.
  
• Production and distribution of monthly channel reports including premiere lists and schedule grids
  
• Executing schedule changes quickly and accurately as instructed by Programme Planning Manager
  
• Support other planners and coordinators within the team on their channels as necessary
  
• Maintenance of internal tracking documents

Your New Role

Providing high quality remote IT support to the worldwide WBD user community. Supporting end-users in finding resolutions for their inquiries.

Your Role Accountabilities

• Provide 1st line support using the ServiceNow Live Chat & Phone service. Prompt responding is vital.
• Provide remote/virtual support using Zoom or other remote tools available to technicians.
• Work on Global Ser *** Desk incidents/requests routed to the Global Ser *** Desk via ServiceNow.
• Use of additional IT tools to provide 1st line resolutions including Okta admin, Active Directory, Intune, ServiceNow, Zoom etc.

This team is responsible for providing global Citrix solutions throughout the organization. The Citrix VAD Engineer will design, implement and maintain the Citrix environment and any associated applications.

Your New Role...

*** Digital's data and graphics team is looking for an interdisciplinary journalist who will help us do essential, creative, and groundbreaking journalism, with an emphasis on data graphics and interactives. The journalist will be part of the global data and graphics team and partner closely with their teammates and our other news desks to contextualize the news and cover stories about the most important issues of our time. They will help us find, report on, analyze and visualize data across beats, including breaking news and the intersections of policy, business, climate, health, inequity and more.

Applicants for this position should have experience reporting, working with data visualization and telling stories creatively, whether that's through dataviz, mapping, interactive features, webGL, or something else entirely. This is a position where you will be expected to pitch and develop your own stories as well as collaborate with others to create high impact visual and data-driven journalism.
