Visit https://online.securitybank.com or download the mobile app on Google Play or the App Store and select “Enroll Account” Fill out your account information, then click Submit. By using something you know, like your Password and PIN, and something you have, like your Security Device, you will stay one step ahead of fraud. If you lose your Security Device, anyone who finds it will be unable to access your accounts online because they do not know your Password or PIN.

Create a "strong" password with at least 8 characters that includes a combination of mixed case letters and numbers. Change your password frequently. Never share username and password information with third-party providers. Avoid using an automatic login feature that saves usernames and passwords.

Verify the caller/sender.

Banks typically don't call clients out of the blue, and they generally only send text messages to those who sign up for mobile notifications. If you get a suspicious call or text that claims to be from Bank of America, call the number on the back of your card.
