Fulfill Your Destiny is the tenth story mission in LEGO Star Wars The Skywalker Saga's Episode VI: Return of the Jedi. This Fulfill Your Destiny walkthrough covers how to complete each of its three Level Challenges, collect all five Minikits (with the use of Free Play), and earn True Jedi Rank to 100% the story mission.

Fulfill Your Destiny Objectives

Complete the following to 100% the Fulfill Your Destiny Mission:

  • Challenge #1: I Will Not Fight You, Father - Make your way past Vader without being detected.
  • Challenge #2: Let The Hate Flow Through You - Cause damage to one of Palpatine’s guards, by luring them into one of his attacks.
  • Challenge #3: There is No Conflict - Find the Empire Weapons Crate and use the weapons within it.
• Collect all 5 Minikits
• Earn True Jedi Rank by collecting 30,000 Studs

Fulfill Your Destiny Story Walkthrough

Opening Sequence

After his capture, Luke Skywalker is presented to the Emperor by Darth Vader. Your party for this mission will start as just Luke Skywalker. It is important to focus on collecting studs throughout the entire story mission to earn enough for the True Jedi Rank. This means destroying every bit of the destructible environment/scenery. Keep this in mind as you progress forward as there are many destructible boxes, consoles, and more all around you.

Minikit 1/5

As soon as the mission begins you will be in a boss fight against Darth Vader. You should immediately notice this Minikit hiding behind the Emperor's throne. Grab it to collect your first Minikit

Challenge #1: I Will Not fight You, Father

Focus on attacking Darth Vader until his health is depleted. At this point, you will jump up to a balcony and need to avoid his two lightsaber throws, before being knocked to the lower level.

To earn I Will Not Fight You father, you need to make your way past Vader without being detected. Darth Vader will jump down in pursuit of you. He will have a cone of vision. If you stick to the right side of this section you should be able to progress past him without issue to complete this challenge.

Challenge #2: Let The Hate Flow Through You

Once you bypass Vader, he will automatically attack you again, continuing your fight. Defeat him, just as you did on the upper level, and he will decide that he can’t fight you any longer. Your party will now consist of Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader.

The Emperor will now attack you with lightning attacks from above, while his guard floods the room. Begin by focusing on his guard fighting them off as best you can.

To earn Let The Hate Flow Through Youm, you need to cause damage to one of Palpatine’s guards, by luring them into one of his attacks. Emperor Palpatine’s lightning attacks will be denoted by red markings on the ground. You will need to time it, so that a guard steps into the marking just as the Emperor attacks.

Minikit 2/5

Before defeating the rest of his guards, you are free to explore the area while they chase you. Head around the back of the elevator in the center of this area. A Villain console can be found here. Use Darth Vader to access it, revealing your second Minikit.

Minikit 3/5

From the front of the elevator, there is a path to the right and left. Head to the left first and jump over the gate. There is a console at the back of this room. Destroy it to reveal a power cell.

Plug the power cell into the pluggable slot on the left side wall. This will inflate a bouncy castle. Jump into the bouncy castle, allowing you to bounce high enough to grab your third Minikit.

Minikit 4/5

Return to the elevator and this time take the right side path. Jump the gate to enter this area and notice the three statues in this room. You’ll need to lift them into their specific cases. From left to right: Golden Statue, Darth Vader Statue, Jar Jar Binks Statue. This will reveal your fourth Minikit.

True Jedi Rank

Before defeating the Emperor, be sure to destroy as much of the scenery as possible. You should easily get 30,000+ studs to earn True Jedi Rank.

Defeat the Emperor

Return to the front of the elevator and take out the rest of Palpatine’s guards. He will then attack you with lightning. You can repel it by blocking and aiming toward him. This will take a chunk of his health. Rinse and repeat defeating his guards and repelling his attacks until he is defeated and the mission ends.

Fulfill Your Destiny Free Play Walkthrough

In order to obtain the following Minikit in Free Play, you will need to have access to the following character types.

Challenge #3: There is No Conflict

To earn There is No Conflict, you need to find the Empire Weapons Crate and use the weapons within it. After beginning the boss fight with Emperor Palpatine, ignore him and head around either side of the elevator where his guards are coming from. An Empire Weapons Crate should fall from either side. Now, use a Villain character to access it and grab a weapon from it.

Minikit 5/5

Head to the right side path from the elevator. After jumping the gate you should notice a Protocol Droid console to your left. Access it with a Protocol Droid to gain a password.

Now head to the left side path and jump the gate here. You should notice another Protocol Droid console to your right. Access it with a Protocol Droid to enter the password you just gained.

Just next to the console is a screen with a button in front of it. Stand on the button and pieces will shoot out of the screen. Use these pieces to build your final Minikit.
