Abdominoplasty, also known as a tummy tuck, is not eligible for reimbursem*nt with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), health reimbursem*nt arrangement (HRA), limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA) as it is considered a cosmetic procedure.

You can reference IRS Publication 502 and IRS Publication 503 for the full list of expenses that are qualified, are not qualified, and may be qualified based on certain circ*mstances.
