Before that I had it up because of a noise it was making sounded like the underneath of the car was falling out they told me it was missing a bolt and I didn't need to worry about it well it got worse took it back 2 more times to finally find out it needs a whole new suspension and they said u would have to pay for it which u didn't agree with because I had been reporting the issue 1 week after I got the car. And now after having the car for 3 months the underneath of the car when u put in reverse something sounds like it is dragging the ground. Nothing but problems after problems with this car never will I buy another car from those people never they don't need to be in business period. They rip people off. More

No Car No Down Payment Bad Christmas Deal This place is a rip off! They kept my down payment of $500. Who has $500 to just give away these days? I don't especially since I went to a place that This place is a rip off! They kept my down payment of $500. Who has $500 to just give away these days? I don't especially since I went to a place that advertises to help anyone. So I entered into a vehicle contracts on Christmas Eve 12/24/2016 "Merry Christmas" to me. Not! The vehicle I purchased from JD Byrider Morse Rd. Columbus, Ohio was for a 2008 Pontiac G6 4 door charcoal sedan with 103,000 miles. The agreement was for a total of 4years with the max APR. After careful consideration I decided that this was not the best financial situation for me. Closed on Sunday 12/25/2016 Christmas Day, I returned the vehicle on Monday 12/26/2016. At that time they made no fuss about returning the car. They had no signs posted about the policy of returning the car. The drew up paperwork stating that I was not under any further financial obligation with them the finance company or the car. They also said the down payment was nontefundable. My question is why? Their response was that if they didn't keep the down payment then everyone would just return the car. In all actually them keeping the down payment forces the consumer to keep the car. Well I couldn't afford to keep the car and I determined that within a timely manner and they should have given my down payment back. They haven't! Not only that been when I called them about the down payment they tried to give me the run around saying call the finance company, then they placed me on long hold as if to avoid me. When that didn't work they hung up on me. You would think that a company that advertises to help the less fortunate disadvantage credit consumer wouldn't do that to someone. Truth is this company "Preys" on that consumer to make their money. So now I'm out $500 and no vehicle. What did they get paid $500 for? More
