@KnottyToast @CenturyLink @Xfinity Century link’s internet is atrocious. I’ve had Comcast for years for internet and never had any issues, they’re usually super helpful too. At least you were able to get help!

@CenturyLink Please #HireMe so I'm not on the phone for over an hour an a half trying to fix my random & intermittent internet problems that I pay on, I'd rather be being paid to help others, or sell them new service...On a positive note (Kim) KANTHON was great. She's an A+ Rep!

@CenturyLinkHelp, how does one escalate an issue that is internal to CenturyLink's network (a routing issue)? Have been through multiple reps that either hang up on me or have no idea beyond restarting the modem.

It was super fun spending 7 hours of my life and 7 hours of my company's time paying me to be transferred to 32 different people on Monday by @CenturyLinkBiz and another 4 hours on Tuesday only to be told that CenturyLink refuses to fix the problem they created. Suuuuper fun.
